Visit Steamboat Springs this fall for the 10th annual OktoberWest…BEEF, BEER and Steamboat! 

The weekend kicks off on Friday with stroll to Steamboat restaurants, tasting beers at your leisure while you walk historic downtown. 

Saturday’s festival at the Steamboat Mountain Village includes the Beer Garden, featuring over 45 Rocky Mountain craft brewers. 

The infamous Beef Cook-off is where our local chefs vie for your vote of the best beef brisket in town. 

Enjoy live music by Euforquestra, concert is free to attend. 

FRIDAY BEER STROLL
The weekend kicks off on Friday. Head downtown and stroll to participating restaurants to taste a variety of seasonal and local beers. This event is a fundraiser for the Young Professionals Network.

SATURDAY BEER GARDEN AND BEEF COOK-OFF
Saturday’s event takes place in Gondola Square at the Steamboat Mountain Village. Come listen to live music by Euforquestra, taste all the beef you can eat at the cook-off and drink plenty of regional beers in the beer garden.

I Love Beef Cook Off - Sample Colorado Beef from Steamboat’s finest restaurants; as they compete for the winner of the I Love Beef Cook Off. Attendees will taste dishes from each restaurant and cast their vote for their favorite!

The Beer Garden will feature over 45 Rocky Mountain Brewers, each sampling 2 kinds of brew.

The 26th Annual Steamboat Pentathlon will take place on Saturday, March 4, 2017. This event is hosted annually by the City of Steamboat Springs Parks and Community Services Department.




Steamboat -pentathlon -2016 The five-stage, multi-sport race includes:

Alpine Skiing/Riding
Snowshoeing
XC Skiing
Mtn Biking
Running
Standard and Short Courses are available. The event begins and ends at Howelsen Hill, 845 Howelsen Parkway, and can be competed in the categories of individual, team, and duo.



All participants receive an event t-shirt, lunch and will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win great prizes from local businesses.
